Accommodations

We have special rates at Saddle West for attendees.

Rates for attendees, code is Spooky26. Opens April 1st for bookings.

Hotel stay at Saddle West: $65/night (10/15 - 10/18)
RV Park full hook up at Saddle West: $35/night (10/15 - 10/18)
No dry camping allowed at Saddle West
Attendees get 10% off food and drinks (wristbands provided to registrations)

Friday, October 16, 2026

Saddle West, 1220 S. Hwy 160, Pahrump

3:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Registration and packet pickup at the Saddle West pool side bar area
6:00 pm: Trunk or Treat set up for SxS
7:00 pm: Trunk or Treat begins

Saturday, October 17, 2026

Wheeler Springs Plaza, 921 S. Hwy 160, Pahrump

7:30 am: Drivers meeting
8:00 am: National Anthem and head out
9:00 am: Final riders must be out on trail
11:00 am: Poker run committee final pass
5:00 pm: All drivers in and return to Saddle West

Maps will be provided on the day of the event. Shhhh... the new route is a surprise!

Wash the Dirt Off

When you roll back in from the run, the kids of Pahrump Valley Little League will wash your rig at the Saddle West Event Center. It is donation only, and every dollar goes to the league.
