What we collect
When you register for the poker run we collect your name, email address, phone number, where you are traveling from, the names of the people riding with you, your vehicle details, and any merchandise you order. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message.
How we use it
We use this information to run the event: assigning car numbers, building the line-up, ordering the right t-shirts and flags, checking riders in, and answering your questions. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We only email you about your registration or your question. If we ever send event news, every message includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing location, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also unsubscribe any time by emailing admin@spookypokerrun.com.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We use only the strictly necessary storage required to keep the site working and to keep an administrator signed in, so no cookie consent banner is required.
Payments
Merchandise and flag payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. Payment details are handled directly by the processor under their own security standards.
Storage and access
Registration records are stored in a secured database. Only authorized event administrators can view them, and access requires a password-protected sign in.
Children
Registrations for minors are submitted by a parent or guardian as part of the vehicle registration. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing admin@spookypokerrun.com or calling 775-910-9669. We will respond as quickly as we can.
