Using this website
By using this website or registering for the Spooktacular Poker Run, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Registration
Registration is complete when you submit the form and, if you ordered merchandise or paid flags, your payment is received. Car numbers are assigned in the order registrations are received. Please give accurate rider and vehicle information so we can build the line-up and check you in.
Pricing, merchandise, and flags
Entry into the poker run is free. T-shirts are priced per item and size at checkout. The first 100 whip flags are free; once that limit is reached, flags are charged at the posted price. Merchandise quantities and sizes are limited and are filled in the order registrations are received.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices are shown in US dollars and any applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Merchandise orders are placed in advance, so paid items are generally non-refundable once ordered. If the event is canceled, or if we cannot fill your order, contact us at admin@spookypokerrun.com and we will work with you on a refund or replacement. Merchandise is picked up at the event unless we arrange otherwise.
Participation and safety
Off-road riding carries risk. Participants ride at their own risk, must obey all applicable laws and land-use rules, and are responsible for their own vehicle, passengers, safety equipment, and insurance. Event organizers, hosts, and sponsors are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage. Organizers may remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Photos
Photos and video may be taken at the event and used to promote future rides. Let us know at the event if you prefer not to be included.
Changes
Event dates, routes, and details may change. We will post updates on this website. We may also update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
